Referral Process:
Each team have a unique process for referrals. We are working on streamlining the process across the board, however, at this moment our referral processes are as follows:
- Transition: All transition referrals are conducted through Oranga Tamariki only. If you or someone you know, wish to gain support by the Transition team, please feel free to contact Oranga Tamariki on 0508FAMILY.

- Teen Parent House: Referrals are accepted from agencies within the community, from whanau and from self-referrals. The process of referral can be found here.
- Teen Parent Intensive Case Worker(TPICW): Referrals for TPICW  are accepted from community organisations, schools, whanau or self-referrals. The referrals process is to complete the referral form attached below, return the completed form to referrals@ora.org.nz
- Whanau Support: Referrals for Whanau support are completed by the team at the Teen Parent Unit - Te Whare Whai Hua
- SWIS: Referrals are accepted from Schools, whanau or self-referrals. The referrals process is to complete the referral form attached below

Te whare whai hua early learning centre

All Enrolments for Te Whare Whai Hua can be completed here.

​All enrolments are to be completed and sent back to Te Whare Whai Hua administration on their email address taopm@ora.org.nz or physically handed in at Te Whare Whai Hua.

Whānau information packs are available with an outline of all the day to day processes and policies necessary for our whānau at the centre. This can be located here.
