Early Learning Centre
Provides an early childhood service for children aged 0-5 years based at Lytton High School.
Social and Youth Services
Social Worker In Schools (SWIS)
Works in partnership with young people, their families and the schools. Provides early intervention strategies and programmes reducing barriers to learning.

Teen Parent Intensive Case Manager
Provides support and advocacy to improve health, education, and welfare for teenage parents, their children, and includes support for their whanau, hapu and iwi.Contact: Venice Thompson (06) 868 7722
Te Aka Ora House
A home and Teen Parenting programme in Gisborne for teen mums and their children. It is a safe, nurturing and friendly place to stay where you will be given support and information to assist you to become the best parent you can possibly be.Contact: Joanne Forde (06) 867 8271

Whanau support for the students of the Teen Parent Unit. Provides intensive social work support and problem solving education for whanau members. Provides family violence education, intervention programmes and services to reduce the incidence of family violence.

Rangatahi/Whanau Support Social Worker
